Tier Upgrade Rules

Your tier is determined by your total bets placed within a calendar month. Rather than resetting at month's end, your tier is based on a three-month rolling average. This means one slow month won't immediately drop your status. However, if your betting falls below the required threshold for three consecutive months, your tier may be adjusted.
